Technical BA with Integration experience - Permanent position in Vancouver (On-site after Covid):
On behalf of our client in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a Technical BA with the client for a permanent opportunity.

**Role Description**:
The Business Analyst II on the Student team leads the assessment of client needs in an effort to align business initiatives with information technology solutions. The Business Analyst II will provide expertise in the areas of requirements definition, business process analysis and design, functional design, data, functional specifications for integrations and reporting configuration, implementation, testing, training and documentation to deliver enterprise solutions to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide recommendations on design and planning of our client’s network.
- Install and configure network hardware and related software.
- Document, implement and maintain network standards, making any upgrades or changes.
- Support network security by configuring network devices according to security
- Conducts workflow and gap analysis for operational support processes.
- Performs analysis and identification of requirements for data, reporting and integration.
- Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of the university's technical and business environment.
- Understands key technical environments to effectively identify integration, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with project teams, business analyst peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Analyses the impacts of proposed changes to technology services and or processes within the university community.
- Collaborates with technical data conversion, reporting and integration teams to provide functional information.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Technical BA with data integration experience and has experience with Jira or user stories.
- Solid in BA skills e.g., should be very clear on BRD content and key requirements needed in a system integration project.
- Need to demonstrate good understanding on SDLC.
- Experience working with data conversion or implementing integrations between enterprise systems.
- Experience in producing business analysis deliverables such as: BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, BPMs.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and improvement/re-engineering. Knowledge of BPMN.
- Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling (conceptual, logical).

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience with reporting development.
