**Ignite Technical Resources** is looking for a
**Systems Analyst - LIMSN1 **with our client for a
**6 month contract **opportunity.

**Role Description**:Our Client is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to provide sustainment and project support in addition to the responsibilities outlined below.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tier 1 support; including recording, tracking, triaging and reporting on defects.
- Document business & system use cases and business rules
- Assist with change management and training activities
- Create & execute test cases and facilitate UAT

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a business/systems analyst developing business and functional requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience writing and executing test cases
- 1 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- 1 to 3 years of experience participating in change management and training
- Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving, and judgement skills
- Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
- Working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
- Experience with working with SharePoint Online and Teams
- Experience with working with Azure DevOps
