Junior to Intermediate Technical Analyst - Contract position in Vancouver (Hybrid):

**Junior to Intermediate Technical Analyst** with our client

**contract opportunity**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quarterly reviews of users authorized and provisioned access to IT systems
- Perform monthly patching on OT assets (Win Server VMs, workstations etc)
- Prepare data communication lists and requirements for firewall configurations
- Work with ticketing system to record the changes and documentation
- Knowledge of relational databases and excel advance skills

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as an analyst in information technology infrastructure in the areas of data center and/or end-point device management or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or certificate in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Excellent working knowledge in IT infrastructure technology concepts including data centre, system management, end point devices, virtualization, storage, security, and mobile device support and management
- Excellent working in third party vendor management
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Enterprise level/Crown Corp experience
- Utilities industry experience
