Seminar & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to hire a **Seminar &** **Social Media** **Marketing Coordinator** **to support our financial planning practice.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) Seminar Coordination
- Managing the seminar logistics and attendance in an efficient, automatic and measurable result way
- Assisting in answering calls and contacting clients for seminar
- Improving the quality and procedures for (online) seminars and prospecting clients
- Assigning new clients to advisors
- Creating Zoom webinars and seminar record in Elite system
- Preparing various reports after seminar for analysis purpose
- Preparing and organizing seminar marketing materials in a systematic and organized way, including publications, presentations, corporate gifts and promotional items,

2) Gift & Event Invitation Management
- Maintaining valuable customers relationship g. corporate gifts, birthday messages, etc.
- Managing the inventory of gift stock
- Arranging the delivery of gift to clients
- Planning and arranging the event calendar of gift arrangement and event invitation

3) Marketing Support
- Handling and managing various marketing services providers, advertising agencies (e.g. Radio), social medias agencies/partners, charity organizations, etc. to provide timely and good quality services
- Planning and monitoring overall marketing budget and plan
- Planning and managing all marketing activities including but not limited to meeting with related parties, propose and follow timelines, posting on social media on time and with measurable effectiveness
- Creating and following up engaging content for social media including posts, videos, and stories in various marketing channels
- Attracting new followers to our community with the end goal being our followers become our clients and strongest advocates (i.e. authentic brand ambassadors)
- Building up and maintaining company's branding
- Supporting sales department and business transactions and reports with customers to drive efficient sales operations
- Carrying out competitor analysis
- Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business or communications is preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience in marketing.
- Experience working in a similar role within a marketing team in a similar organization
- Demonstrated experience in design and graphics production; proficiency with Adobe Creative software, Hootsuite, WordPress, Google AdWords and more is an asset.
- Good understanding of social media and in-tune with social trends with the ability to capitalize on those opportunities
- Prior experience using social media for branding and marketing a plus
- Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing/coordinating traditional and digital markets assets and website content.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication and copy writing skills in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) and English
