We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative part-time Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives, manage social media content, and assist with client communication and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media activity and respond to online inquiries
  • Produce engaging content for social platforms and write compelling captions
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide client support as needed
  • Coordinate assigned marketing projects and ensure timely completion
  • Design and create marketing materials and digital assets for promotions

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination is required
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
