**What You'll Be Doing**
- Make outbound calls to potential customer's and follow up on leads on a daily basis.
- Understand customer's needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Educate clients and make recommendations about home automation and protection.
- Collect information from the customer's and set up appointments accordingly.
- Communicate daily and timely manner with team members and mentor.
- Follow all corporate sales policy.
- Constantly maintain and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment and sales quotas.
**What You'll Bring**
- Strong ethical approach to sales with the ability to prospect and grow.
- Strong Communication skills, Respect and sincerity towards customer's
- Strong Objection Handling Skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Willingness to learn and be open to feedback
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
**Education and Experience**
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principal and strategies
- Experience in a telemarketing role (is an asset)
- Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset
**Job Type**:Part-time, can lead to Full-time**
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday**
**Compensation and benefits**:
- Decent base pay + commissions (on each sale)
