Telesales Executive

10k Distribution is a leader in mobile accessories distribution for in store counter top solutions all across North America. We specialize in offering you our counter top display solutions with a variety of products to fulfill your customer’s needs.

**Job description**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts(100 calls/day) and make a sale.
- Answer questions about products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Sales representative or other Telesales roles.
- **Experience of Outbound call center (100 calls /day is preferred)**:

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Telecommunication industry experience preferred
- Knowldge of Spanish knowledge is a plus

Must haves:

- Sales Experience on phone (outbound sales)
- Call center experience
- Telesales experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
