**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
As a key part of the team, the Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to Sunsel in person and by phone. As the first impression of Sunsel, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting guests, managing boardroom requirements and operating the main switchboard.
The Administrative Assistant also supports the Accounting Team by processing invoices and packing slips, executing payments and cheque runs, and liaising with suppliers and vendors when necessary. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant may provide support to other departments with general administration as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as first point of contact for all clients and visitors by phone and in person
- Coordinate accounts payable process
- Process invoices and execute cheque runs
- Electronically and manually file documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Manage boardroom bookings and meeting requirements
- Maintain the reception area with general cleaning and tidying
- Provide administrative support to Sunsel departments as needed
- Assist with the execution of staff and client events
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Previous experience providing administrative support, preferably with experience in accounts receivable and payable
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- A desire to meet customer needs and delivery exceptional service
- Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Experience using accounting software is considered an asset
- Strong data entry skills required
- Keen attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
