NDR Auto Solutions is a premium vehicle service provider specializing in high-quality installations of paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, color change PPF, and ceramic coatings. We are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and service to our customers. As we grow, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our 6000 sqft shop. You will handle administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, and assist in streamlining our business processes, allowing our technical team to focus on delivering top-notch service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
Handle customer invoices, billing, and payment processing
Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and office organization
Collaborate with the team to improve office workflows and customer experience
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications:
Interest/knowledge in different vehicle makes/models a plus but not required
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with automotive services or small business operations is a plus, but not required
