Our Global Supply Chain business unit has approximately 17,000 employees, working from 54 production sites in 19 countries. We supply hygiene products for our business areas Consumer Tissue (Toilet paper, Household towels, Handkerchiefs, Facial tissues, Wet wipes and Napkins), Professional Hygiene (TORK) and Personal Care (Incontinence Products, Feminine Care and Baby Care). The unit was formed on June 1, 2019 by merging the two entities Supply Chain Development and Global Manufacturing. Prior to 2019, the unit operated in two separate entities, known as GHS Tissue and GHS Personal Care.

About the Role
The Regional Initiative Manager NA is a key role in the NA Global Supply Chain Organization PC and is responsible coordinating all key product supply initiatives and projects in Global Supply Chain PC NA, e.g. (new) products, new capacity, changes of materials, supply set up, value engineering and SKU reduction via direct collaboration with Central functions and via the factory’s Initiative Teams.
The Regional Initiative Manager NA, is accountable for securing efficient change management processes across the value chain in line with regulatory and business requirements. The position holder contributes to establishing an optimized, proactive way of working across the value chain: TPM, Innovation teams, Sites, Supply Planning, Technology, Sourcing organization, all following Business input and needs.
The role acts as point of contact for all North American product supply initiatives and coordinates the manufacturing site activities, working closely with the Site Initiative Managers.
The Regional Initiative Manage NA is responsible for working closely with the local North American market team and all areas of the value chain to ensure the delivery of continued profitable growth. The Regional Initiative Manager will also drive, together with the sites, the TPM Roadmap.
The position reports to the Site Manager in Drummondville, QC and the location would preferably be in Drummondville or Philadelphia PA.
Le Directeur régional Initiative Amérique du Nord est un rôle clé dans l’organisation « NA Global Supply Chain Organization PC » et est responsable de la coordination de toutes les initiatives et projets d’approvisionnement de produits clés dans « Global Supply Chain PC NA », par exemple les (nouveaux) produits, la nouvelle capacité, les changements de matériaux, la configuration de l’approvisionnement, l’ingénierie de la valeur et la réduction des « SKU » via la collaboration directe avec les fonctions centrales et via les équipes d’initiative de l’usine.
Le Directeur régional Initiative Amérique du Nord est responsable d’assurer des processus de gestion du changement efficaces tout au long de la chaîne de valeur conformément aux exigences réglementaires et opérationnelles. Le titulaire du poste contribue à l’établissement d’une façon de travailler optimisée et proactive tout au long de la chaîne de valeur : TPM, équipes d’innovation, sites, planification de l’approvisionnement, technologie, organisation d’approvisionnement, le tout, en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
Le rôle sert de point de contact pour toutes les initiatives d’approvisionnement en produits en Amérique du Nord et coordonne les activités du site de fabrication, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de l’initiative du site.
Le Directeur régional Initiative Amérique du Nord est chargée de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe locale du marché nord-américain et tous les secteurs de la chaîne de valeur afin d’assurer la réalisation d’une croissance rentable continue. Le gestionnaire régional de l’initiative dirigera également, en collaboration avec les sites, la feuille de route du module de plateforme sécurisée.c
