As a core management team member your role as Estimator/Project Manager is to effectively tackle a wide range of projects, primarily residential exterior based renovations including home modifications and additions.
- You are expected to be goal oriented and have the following skills and experience, or strong aptitude to acquire these skills: _
- Extensive experience in construction estimating, especially (but not limited to)

exterior installations e.g. : primarily siding (Hardie focus), as well as soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, stucco, decks, windows, modifications and additions to homes, stone, roofing, etc,
- A variety of Project Management experiences,
- The ability to read plans and specifications.
- Outstanding professionalism, excellent communication skills and a strong work

Ethic,
- The ability to meet deadlines and creative problem solving skills,
- A willingness to take on challenges with enthusiasm,
- Customer service experience an asset.
- As Estimator/Project Manager you will be responsible for;_
- directly responsible for managing and supporting our core group of in house installers as well as sub-trades in their sub contracts for installation of various exterior materials,
- assisting with estimating the cost of labour, material and equipment; analyzing trade requirements/scope of work, as well as preparing tender documents for single and multi-family homes,
- assisting with preparing purchase orders for materials and supplies required for projects, maintaining organized records of all such orders,
- negotiating prices and costs for materials and labour as required or considered prudent
- being fully available and effectively responsive to address calls from RidgeCrest trades people, suppliers and clients is essential,
- Willing to incorporate flexibility into hours when necessary to meet homeowners,
- Willing to manage a large scope of exterior installations from smaller residential to mid size commercial.
- Salary & Benefits_
- $72,000 to $85,000 per annum salary.

- General work hours at 8am to 4:30 pm with 1/2 off for lunch, with flexibility as work demands.
- Project management and estimating are understood as the core job responsibilities.

Pay: $72,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
