Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator/ Estimator, you will be responsible for working with both the construction team and the estimating team to accurately estimating the costs of civil construction projects, from initial concept through to completion. Additionally, you will complete locate request and prepare work packages. Your expertise in cost analysis, market research, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare work packages for the construction team
- Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
- Review and analyze bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
