**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**
KWE is currently looking for an Account Executive who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. **REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of Sales in Logistics
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues.
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers.
**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Develop new business by acquiring new accounts / customers within an assigned territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for ongoing account maintenance and preservation of new clients.
- Define a target list of prospective clients within the assigned geographical territory.
- Present rates to prospective clients; complete/submit rate requests and negotiate related service pricing contracts.
- Create client presentation and demonstrate skills in Power Point.
- Generate and submit various weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
- Update and maintain the SENS Target Accounts or relevant sales profiles.
- Communicate and advise/assist with international offices as necessary.
- Review and research market changes; develop and suggest new marketing strategies to increase awareness and promote corporate image.
- Assist in customer retention when needed and provide back up support to department
