Sunbelt Supply Canada is a leading specialty industrial supplier of valves and related products and a provider of technical solutions to the energy and industrial sectors.**Project Documentation Specialist
- We are looking to add a Document Controller to our Projects team, with in-depth knowledge of project documentation, records management and experience with various engineering document management systems and grow with a successful company.**Tasks, Responsibilities will include**:

- Working extensively with various Engineering Document Management Systems such as Livelink, In Control, Encompass, Infoworks, Aconex, Team Binder/In Eight etc.
- Issuing Client deliverables
- Download documents from client websites including various Document control sites
- Maintaining electronic Document control programs
- Processing documentation requests
- Prepare updates for customers and project teams
- Upload documentation into multiple Document Management Systems
- Work closely with the project team, Vendors and the client for delivering documents on time
- Coordinate closely with the client Document control
- Alert the Project Management team about milestones related to documentation issues and deadlines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding quality and delivery in due time of contractual documents
- Manage documentation delivery in due time to customer

**Qualifications**
- Work experience with EPC and Client documentation requirements
- Knowledge of Document Managements systems generally used by EPC’s and customers
- Strong technical understanding of Document Control terminology
- Knowledge of Document Management workflow processes
- Experience with coordinating vendor documents between vendor, factories, client and project team
- Experience with maintaining electronic Document Control programs
- Strong verbal, written, organization, time management skills, in addition to attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
- Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role

**_Environmental Job Requirements _**
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about
- Warehouse environment
- No travel required
