**Duties**:

- Review of incoming documents against referenced standards
- Code, scan and index documents in to online database for easy retrieval
- Cross training will be necessary on shipment preparation. Includes paperwork retrieval from internal database, shipment documentation and coordinating trucking.
- Ensure documentation is processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with quality control and purchasing to resolve any documentation issues.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary of any type is an asset
- Flanges and fittings knowledge is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Starting wage based on experience.

Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM
