Membership Sales Advisor

Full-Time

Who is a Membership Sales Advisor?

The Membership Sales Advisor is responsible for recruiting and working with new members to understand their specific health and fitness goals and provide recommendations for how they can achieve those goals.

What will you be doing?
- Touring potential members around the club, educating them on how we can support them toward achieving their overall health and fitness goals.
- Setting members up for success by leveraging services offered by Fitness Connection.
- Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent member follow-up.
- Scheduling fitness assessments and selling personal training packages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 9 hour shift
- Evening shift
- 1 day off during the week, 1 day off on weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fitness Connection (354 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Must have been in a sales position within a fitness club for MINIMUM 1 year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$7,500.00 per month

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
