**About the Role**:
As an Active Lifestyle Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our Fitness Connection community, combining your love for fitness with outstanding customer service skills. You’ll inspire and guide our members, drive membership sales, and support individuals in reaching their wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**
Engage and Inspire: Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for members and prospective clients. Showcase our facilities and services with enthusiasm.

Drive Sales: Leverage your sales skills to convert leads into memberships and promote our diverse fitness programs.

Customer Service Excellence: Address member inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive, proactive approach, ensuring exceptional service.

Promote Fitness: Utilize your passion for working out to recommend fitness options, classes, and equipment tailored to members’ needs.

Maintain Facility: Assist in keeping our gym clean, organized, and inviting for all members.

**Qualifications**:
Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and skilled at engaging with a diverse range of people.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language with clear and persuasive communication abilities.

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in a customer-focused role.

Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for working out, with hands-on experience in the gym. Please specify in your resume the extent of your gym experience.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Compensation**:
Competitive Salary: Top performers can earn up to $37,000 annually.

Bonuses and Commission: Attractive bonus and commission structure on top of salary to reward your sales achievements.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
