**Membership Sales Representative - Anytime Fitness Richmond Hill**

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Welcome and engage prospective members with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Promote and sell gym memberships, training programs, and wellness services.
- Handle phone inquiries and lead follow-up to book appointments.
- Conduct facility tours and explain membership options tailored to each client.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members with questions and concerns.
- Maintain organized records and manage CRM systems efficiently.
- Quickly address and resolve any member or prospect concerns.

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has a bright, positive personality and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
- Is proficient in sales techniques, with prior experience in a sales role preferred.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks smoothly.
- Can think quickly, effectively solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
- Is reliable, proactive, and driven by goals and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service or sales experience (fitness industry preferred but not required).
- Comfortable with phone and in-person interactions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
