**What Does a Membership Sales Advisor Do?**

As a Membership Sales Advisor, you're not just selling memberships; you're a catalyst for positive change in people's lives. Your role includes:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Actively seek out potential members, generate leads, and make phone calls to invite them to tour the club and explore our offerings.
- **Club Tours**: Showcasing our fantastic facilities and explaining how we can help members achieve their health and fitness goals.
- **Member Support**: Setting our members up for success by introducing them to the array of services Fitness Connection offers.
- **Relationship Building**: Creating lasting connections through consistent follow-ups with our members.
- **Fitness Assessments**: Scheduling and conducting assessments while promoting our personalized training packages.

**What It Takes to Be a Fitness Connection Rockstar**:

- **Fitness Sales Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in sales within the fitness industry.
- **Self-Motivation**: Drive and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
- **People Skills**: The ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of individuals.
- **Passion**: A genuine passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: $36,000.00 per year (Base) + Commission-based bonuses, up to $30,000.00 per year
- **Benefits**: Casual dress, Company events, On-site gym, On-site parking
- **Work Schedule**: 8-hour shifts, one day off during the week, and one day off on the weekend
- **Supplemental Pay Types**: Commission pay

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 years in sales (required), specifically in a fitness club.
- **Location**: In person at 354 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
