**Administrative Coordinator**:

- Blue Moon Academy of Music and Arts_
- $17.50-$18.50 per hour_

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests/students when they arrive at the academy
- Processing customer payments and updating student accounts
- Efficient Scheduling and Coordinating of Classes and Programs with both the students and the teachers
- Ensure the school environment is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
- Managing and updating our Website and Social Media accounts
- Other admin-related tasks as needed

- Has multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 -15 per week

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
