The Product Specialists are required to provide the customers with a warm welcome upon entering the store and have exceptional product knowledge on the Audi line up and a passion for creating an exciting experience from start to finish.

Product specialists will be the main brand ambassadors, giving our customers all the information, they need to help make a decision.

Discussing options, taking the customers for test drives and strong consistent customer follow up will be required. This opportunity is really more about showing the value of the Audi Brand. The specialist will turn over to a salesperson for the close of a deal.

**Requirements**:

- Automotive sales experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of Audi Product line up considered an asset
- Works well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to overcome customer objections
- Understand and action the importance of customer follow ups
- Ability to be flexible with working hours
- week nights/weekends
- OMVIC license considered an asset
- Required to greet customers and at times answer phone calls when there is a need
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
