We are looking to add a** Full time Receptionist**to the team
- Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls and transfer to proper employee or department
- Take messages and ensure proper employee gets it in a timely manner
- Welcome customers into the showroom, and ensure they meet with proper department
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering dealership supplies as needed
- Overseeing service file room-both for up-to-date filing and accuracy for continual audits
- Overseeing greeting flow and reporting to sales team of results, via spreadsheet reported every morning for the previous day.
- Bilingualism & Licensing experience would be an asset.
- Assist with any tasks that are given by Sales Manager.
