Bilingual Account Services Specialist

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Services Specialist to join our highly dynamic and ever-evolving team at SCI Lease Corp. As a Bilingual Account Services Specialist, you will help ensure optimal customer experience throughout the customer’s lease journey. You will initiate customers into their lease as well as provide continuous support during their lease term. You will play a key role in developing and executing customer outreach campaigns and become the first point of contact to our customers regarding all matter relating their lease account. As a frontline agent, you will gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout their lease term
- Collect and maintain accurate customer data
- Provide solutions to possible problems and guide the customer in the right direction for optimal customer experience
- Perform sensitive and involved tasks such as:
- Assisting customers with lease assignments (transfers)
- Working with executors to resolve estate accounts
- Following up with customers on missed payments and escalate to internal Collections team when required
- Send out letters to customers, such as payment reminders, invoices, special authorizations, amendments, and other communications as required
- Leave detailed notes of all interactions and activity within the lease management system
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bilingual: excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Customer service focused
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to multi-task (this role requires handling a broad range of task types)
- Fundamental computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF writer
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in customer service an asset
- Automotive or Finance industry experience an asset
EDUCATION
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
