Job description

Recovery Specialist is responsible for notifying customers of their defaulted accounts primarily through telephone in order to resolve their financial obligation utilizing various collection methods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for collecting on bad debt accounts
- Achieve monthly goals
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to resolve bad debt accounts
- Locate customers to resolve bad debt accounts
- Provide back-up to Bilingual Account Manager by answering customer account calls or Franchisee calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
