Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity to join our CRM & Loyalty team as a
**Marketing Specialist - Credit & Financing. **Reporting to the Manager, Marketing - Credit & Gift Card, you will be responsible for building and driving the development and execution of Home Hardware’s Credit & Finance marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on meeting business and sales objectives while increasing Dealer/Consumer engagement and retention.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support and oversee Credit marketing initiatives to support the growth and evolution of each National program.
- Work with partners to secure Marketing placement during key timeframes for Credit and other finance programs.
- Assist in Credit Card program development, including Marketing and Communication/Training initiatives to Dealers/Owners. Support Credit inquires through general Credit mailbox and Dealers calls.
- Work closely with external and internal partners to support the development of Home’s credit card programs.
- Support the development of new and existing programs initiatives.
- Provide expertise to the credit card transaction life cycle from presentment to settlement to assist Finance with Credit reporting and Dealer reimbursement.
- Monitor and track program progress to ensure corporate objectives and tactics are being met by performing quarterly Dealer audits for credit programs.
- Facilitate onboarding and training of RSOMS, Dealers and Staff for Credit program.
- Tracking and reviewing reports for credit programs and promotions.
- Secondary point of contact for Credit program by supporting Dealer inquires and customer escalations.
- Facilitate monthly reporting and invoicing for credit programs.
- Support the creation and the implementation of the Credit Card Marketing Calendar (integrated into the overall Marketing Calendar).
- Assist in increasing exposure to each credit program along with developing marketing strategies for each credit and finance products.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Finance is preferred.
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Credit and Financing programs or loyalty programs in general is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Understanding of direct and digital marketing.
- Ability to build productive business relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience developing and launching new credit marketing programs.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
