We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team at South Street Burger in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to our mission of providing an exceptional dining experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote menu offerings and special events.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including finance, staffing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry is preferred.
