Wok Box North London is a renowned dining establishment in London Ontario, known for fresh Asian cuisine. We are committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality and outstanding guest service.
- Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Handle budget and payroll management, inventory control, and procurement of supplies.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Liaise with vendors and maintain positive community relations.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant legislation.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English, POS and supplies ordering systems(including GFS, Pepsi).
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
