Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
- To Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Policies and Procedures.
- To ensure operating within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, and sales growth.
- To Coordinate and implement operations plans
- Accountable for the proper staffing of the restaurant with qualified personnel and employees who are trained and developed properly.
- Accountable for the continuous training and development of the restaurant Shift Managers and staff
- Actively participates in Local Restaurant Marketing in local trade area.
- Implements and promotes all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Represents in a professional, positive manner at all times.
- Able to work on their feet for up 10 hours shifts (when necessary)
- Preferably with car

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
