Overview of Clinic
- We are located in the south end of Calgary in the community of Sundance.
- We have great facilities and an electronic medical record system.
- We provide core family medicine and walk-in services.
- We work closely with many other health specialties including pharmacy, psychology, optometry, physiotherapy, dentistry, dermatology, all of whom are in the same building
- We serve an extremely varied population with all age groups and all genders represented
- Procedures are done regularly, including biopsies, injections, casting of fractures and wound care.
- The clinic is prepared to handle minor fractures and lacerations.

Receptionist

Looking for a well organized individual with strong multitasking abilities for a busy Medical Clinic. Must be a team player. Ability to use Medical Software, debit machines, and busy phone lines are essential. You will be required to work on our busy reception desk, checking patients in for appointments, checking demographics, screening patients, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, collecting fees for services not covered by AHS and answering the phone. Following clinic procedure and policies at all times.

Confidentiality is very important. Professionalism both in manner and appearance, Critical thinking, respect for peers, Common sense and multi-tasking are all essential requirements for this role. English Language is essential

Full time hours offered. Shifts include Monday - Friday, Evenings and weekends on a rotation basis. Schedules published 2-3 weeks in advance for the period of 1 month so you always know what shifts you have coming up..
