Our team works to guide patients through every step of their health journey in a warm and welcoming environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for a Medical Clinic Director. The Medical Clinic Director will oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Responsibilities include managing clinical and administrative staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The director will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, liaising with community stakeholders, and developing strategies to improve the clinic’s services.ResponsibilitiesOversee clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare servicesManage clinical and administrative staffDevelop and implement policies and proceduresOversee compliance with healthcare regulationsManage budgetsMaintain high standards of patient careFoster a positive work cultureLiaise with community stakeholdersDevelop strategies to improve clinic servicesQualificationsProven knowledge and experience in areas such as Medicine, Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, and Healthcare managementUnderstanding of Physical Therapy practices and their integration in a clinical settingStrong leadership and organizational management skills, with the ability to supervise and support multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and clinic operational planningExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and community partnersExperience in healthcare administrative roles or a similar leadership position is highly desirableMaster’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related field is required; additional certifications in health management are an advantageSeniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionHealth Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
