**:
Reporting to the Vice-President, Multi-residential Division, the role of the person sought is to assist the entire team and provide effective daily administrative support for all accounting activities, department administration and customer service.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist all members of the multi-residential team in daily, clerical and administrative tasks
- Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports and send relevant documentation to the people concerned.
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with the various stakeholders
- Follow up on files, monitor deadlines, send reminders, see to obtaining the information requested within the prescribed deadlines
- Participate in assigned special projects
- Perform the functions of coordinator in the context of special projects (organization of events for the team for example, opening of new buildings, etc.)
- Prepare and organize monthly and quarterly business reviews with the firm's various clients (report, taking minutes, organization of agendas, preparatory meetings, follow-ups, etc.) with all stakeholders related to building activities ( operations, marketing, legal, engineering, accounting, HR, etc.)
- Prepare presentations and perform analysis to support team operations
- Replace at the reception of the head office on occasion and all other related tasks.
- Write specific and general communications to tenants according to the needs of the different regional directors of the team
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation or any other combination of study and experience deemed relevant
- Bilingualism both oral and written
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Car required
