The Heart & Crown is a bustling Irish pub in the heart of the market that has a very busy night life as well as a solid lunch hour due to its tourist centric location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure that the pub is fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including beverages, food, and equipment.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the pub, ensuring that all staff are properly adhering to pub standards and that all equipment is in working order.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed and that the pub is in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
