**Job Title: Floor Manager (Outdoor Operations)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all outdoor floor operations during service hours
- Lead and support front-of-house staff, including bartenders, hosts, and runners
- Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Oversee section assignments, shift changes, and staff breaks
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance
- Assist in scheduling, inventory checks, and end-of-day reporting as needed

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in French and English** (spoken and written)
- Minimum **2 years of management experience** in hospitality or food service
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume outdoor setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
