**Kool-Vent**, a well-established HVAC company servicing Renfrew County and Western Quebec, is seeking a **detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator** to support our growing business. This position is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping skills, experience using Sage, and a solid understanding of office administration in a construction or service-based environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records using **Sage Accounting**:

- Complete **bank reconciliations** and manage **payroll**, including **HST and payroll tax remittances**:

- Track and manage job data, including **job costing** using **Microsoft Excel**:

- Generate and analyze cost reports for projects and service calls
- Support day-to-day office operations such as scheduling, filing, and communications
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

**Qualifications**
- **3+ years of experience** in bookkeeping or office administration (preferably in construction or service trades)
- Proficiency with **Sage** and **Microsoft Excel** (including use of formulas for costing and reports)
- Experience with **payroll processing**, **HST filing**, and **government remittances**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
