Job Description
GlassHouse Botanics Inc, a licensed Cannabis producer, is looking to hire a Quality Administrator. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Administrator will perform a variety of tasks to provide administrative and organizational support to the Quality department.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Communicate with Quality Manager, Supervisors and Quality staff efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure tasks are completed.
- Support the Quality team with administrative tasks.
- Record completed tasks to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations.
- Gather information from various sources/departments and interpret the data to reach a logical conclusion that benefits the company.
- Utilize platforms such as Elevated Signals, Isolocity, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems.
- Complete a variety of tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet building, filing and retrieval of documents, printing documents and binding documents for issuance to user departments.
- Work closely with Managers, Supervisors and Quality team to draft, update, and edit documentation part of the Quality Management System.
- Support with scheduling activities, taking minutes, document flow management of deviations, change control and other reports.
- Reviewing and transcribing information to ensure specifications are met.
- Oversee all necessary records and ensure all data is recorded accurately.
- Create file systems for various documents and records by date.
- General administrative support as needed.
- Verification of records for Good Documentation Practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative field or in a related area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to treat sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Conduct research or assist with special projects as requested.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.**Working Conditions**:

- Access to grow rooms and outdoor production areas - exposure to hot and humid environments.
- Tasks may require the use of additional personnel protective equipment such as respirators, Tyvek coveralls and protective goggles.
- Exposure to some hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment.
