**Essential Duties and Responsibilities will Include**:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Process account payments
- Maintain an tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle mail, deliveries, and other incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying and data entry
- Monitor office supply levels and order new supplies when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks and support as needed

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator in a similar reception/administrative/customer service role
- Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping is preferred
- Experience in tax preparation considered an asset
- Experience with accepting and processing payments - cash, cheque, and card
- Exellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), Zoom, and general office equipment
- Experience with Sage and Quickbooks considered an asset
- Professional demeanor

**Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma
- Diploma or Degree in business/accounting or office administration
- Minimum one year in a similar paid position

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
