We are small construction company looking for a part time / permanent bookkeeper
**THE JOB**
- Full cycle accounting
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable & collections
- Invoicing
- Job Costing
- Bank reconciliations
- Government remittances
- Month end reports
- Bank deposits
- Prepare year-end financial reports for accountant
**QUALIFICATIONS** **Post-secondary diploma or certificate in accounting**
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in full cycle accounting
- Solid experience with an accounting software, Simply Accounting and Quickbooks.
- Good knowledge of PST rulings specific to the construction industry
- Experience with Excel and MS Word
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently
**HOURS & PAY** **Approximately One day per week ** Flexible work schedule

- sub-contractor work
- Pay range will be $25 - $30.00 per hour depending on qualifications & experience
- You must have your own transportation.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-8 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
