Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the bookkeeping process, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.90-$28.03 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
