**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Sage experience a plus.
- Record and categorize financial transactions accurately, including expenses, income, and payroll entries
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure data accuracy
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting preparation
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission
- Prepare reports for management review and audit purposes

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with familiarity in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll management, and financial reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience with budgeting processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.

Pay: $31.00-$35.00 per hour
