**Core Responsibilities**:
Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & Reporting
Keeping AP & AR Up to date
Processing Purchase Orders
Processing Shipping Documents
Keeping track of inventory
Other Admin Duties as Needed

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 Years of Full-Cycle Canadian Bookkeeping or Accounting Experience.
Supply Chain / Shipping Documentation / Retailer TMS platforms experience a plus.

**Education & Training Required**:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Advanced QuickBooks

**Skills Required**:
Excellent written English communication skills
High Level of Critical thinking and Problem Solving
Typing Speed in excess of 50wpm
Computer and Tech Savvy
Strong attention to detail, superior task prioritization and very organized
Ability to perform with no supervision and can multitask
Eager to keep learning and self-improvement
Positive attitude and work ethic
Possess a valid BC Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.09-$22.04 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
