We seek a passionate Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing fashion retail & logistics company, especially in the Vancouver market.

This role is **60% social media management & content creation** and **40% marketing tasks**, including copywriting, research, connecting with influencers, assisting with campaign launches, and more. Since this is a junior role, you will be under the guidance of the Brand Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and growing Instagram & TikTok social media accounts, including creating short-form content
- Following and adding to marketing strategy with Brand Manager
- Following brand guidelines, feedback, and requesting approval
- Pitching ideas for content, influencers, pop-up events, etc.
- Maintaining regular posting schedule per account
- Best practices & trend research for social media & marketing
- Occasional support for websites, newsletters, paid campaigns, SEO, PPC, Google My Business, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of work experience in similar role with brands or own business
- Weekly on-camera content creation, including fashion content
- Formal education in marketing is an asset
- Some knowledge of SEO, PPC, copywriting, or other marketing niches
- Basic social media photography & videography skills + in-app editing
- High quality camera on phone
- Be in person at our shops twice a week
- Experience or willing to work in a startup environment

- Adaptable and a quick learner
- Always learning (especially about best practices and algorithm changes)
- Time management, including deadlines and progress
- Instagram & TikTok

**Work hours**: Monday - Friday

**Salary**:$45,000-$50,000 including benefits
