**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, alternate Saturday with Friday as a weekday off**

**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of this division, this position is the first point-of-contact for customer inquiries. Specifically:

- scheduling vehicle test-drives and appointments for our dealerships
- follow-up with customers consistently
- providing exceptional written and verbal conversation with both customers and dealerships
- performing outbound calls to invite customers to private sales events when required

**About you.**
- valid OMVIC licence, or ability to obtain a license prior to employment
- two (2) years of proven experience as a sales and/or business development coordinator; dealership experience preferred
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written); fluency in English preferred
- experience working with CRM systems, ie. Dealer Socket, One Eighty, Reynolds/Focus vehicle knowledge preferred but not required
- experience with Microsoft Office
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
