Position: We are looking for a service oriented, enthusiastic, and confident Appointment Coordinator to join our lively head office team

In this position, you will assist your team in building and maintaining a positive relationship with all clients, new and existing. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing our guests with inviting service while informing them of our services and finding them the most suitable time slot for their appointments. This is an incredible opportunity to grow with a vastly expanding company and to build your knowledge in a customer service driven industry within an office environment.

We are currently looking for part-time availability for this incredible opportunity. This includes working 2-4 shifts per week, with evening and weekend scheduling.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling consultations with new/potential clients
  • Conducting outbound WARM calls (to clients who have already inquired about our services)
  • Initiating calls to clients
  • Promoting current sales on products and services
  • Coordinating clinic calendars
  • Booking appointments for current/returning clients
  • Performing duties such as communicating with prospects and clients through telephone, chat outlets, Facebook messages, text messages, email, etc.
  • Providing prospects and clients with efficient, courteous service
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Entry into the customer database and system

As the ideal candidate you:

  • Have a minimum of one year work experience in a customer service or sales-related environment
  • Are flexible in availability and scheduling
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and a love for beauty
  • Enjoy and know what it takes to create an excellent customer experience
  • Have the ability to complete multiple tasks quickly and effectively
  • Are proficient with computers and working with Microsoft Office and email applications
  • Have fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Are able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong work ethic
  • Have experience in a call center environment
  • Are a High School graduate (required); a College or University student/graduate (preferred)

We are offering a base pay starting at $17.60 per hour, commission for sales and consultation arrivals, as well as consistent bonus structures for unlimited opportunity You will also be involved in friendly sales competitions within the team environment.
