Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, fast learner who can adapt to a variety of circumstances while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Junior Analyst, Accounts Receivable will support our AR processes and assist with tenant collections, reporting, and hearing preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit files with all required attachments for collections.
- Assist with following up on outstanding balance reminders and issuing 14-day notices to tenants.
- Generate the monthly Accounts Receivable spreadsheet from Yardi.
- Update and maintain comments on the AR spreadsheet to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Track accounts requiring escalation to RTDRS (Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service).
- Calendarize RTDRS hearings and ensure proper service of notices to tenants.
- Prepare all required documentation and paperwork for RTDRS hearings.
- Coordinate with the Property Management team to ensure timely service of all notices and Declarations of Service.
- Learn and assist in conducting RTDRS hearings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
