The LaPrairie Group of Companies is looking for energetic, customer focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as full-time Junior IT Analyst at Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Junior IT Analyst is responsible for supporting and helping to maintain all aspects of the IT network at LaPrairie Group of Companies. This role includes a mixture of end-user technical and desktop support, in addition to supporting other systems, servers, and networks. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Provide technical support and assistance to local and remote staff with a variety of common day to day issues. - Manage light-to-moderate volume of calls and tickets through the corporate helpdesk ticketing system. - Imaging computers and deploying software to a variety of hardware platforms. - Supporting common and current Windows Desktop OS. - Supporting common and current Windows Server OS. - Microsoft Office365 Administration. - Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration. - Network support and troubleshooting (WiFi, VPNs, etc.). - Researches and recommends new technology solutions to business problems. - Report trends on current IT related issues. - After-hours on-call support rotation within the IT Team. - Other duties and projects as assigned by the IT Manager. - Occasional Travel to remote office locations (
