Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive at Virtual Method, you will be responsible for scheduling virtual or in-person business-to-business (B2B) meetings with executives of small and medium businesses. Your primary objective will be to convert these meetings into active clients by effectively showcasing our unique methodology, technology, and affordable subscription model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, primarily targeting small and medium businesses, to schedule B2B meetings.
- Conduct thorough research on target businesses and executives to identify their needs and pain points.
- Utilize Virtual Method's sales methodologies and tools to effectively present our services and solutions during client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Collaborate with the Virtual Method team to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to executives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into active clients.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Familiarity with the small and medium business landscape and an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- A passion for sales and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission and residual income.
- Expected earnings of 70K to 100K in year 1 and 150K in year 2.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
