**What You’ll Do**:

- Build authentic connections with clients by listening to their needs and presenting tailored, high-performance adhesive solutions.
- Re-energize opportunities in our CRM, transforming leads into thriving partnerships through strategic follow-up.
- Collaborate with our talented sales team to develop compelling proposals, demos, and impactful client meetings (virtual or in-person).
- Contribute fresh ideas to a team culture that champions innovation, work-life harmony, and collective achievements.

**Who You Are**:

- A confident communicator with a knack for empathy, trust-building, and problem-solving in a tech-driven environment.
- Organized and adaptable, excelling at managing priorities
- Curious about industrial innovations, with sales or client-facing experience as a plus (we provide comprehensive training to fuel your growth).
- Ready for occasional local travel (valid driver’s license required) to strengthen client relationships.
- Passionate about contributing to a team that prioritizes professional development, well-being, and diverse perspectives.

Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
