Aline Cabinetry Canada Ltd is the industry leading wholesaler of pre-fabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets. Our Toronto warehouse and showroom were established in 2022 as the newest wholesale distribution center in North America after Chicago, Dallas and Orlando.
As a **B2B Sales Project Manager** at Aline Canada, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to businesses, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold-calling, networking, and industry research.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on our products and services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently demonstrating strong performance and results.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, and relay this information to the management team.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the development of new products or enhancements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and client feedback.
- **Project Management**: Manage muti-units large residential and commercial projects, overseeing every stages of the projects, from initial design to the final installations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with 2 years of experience (industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency with design software **AutoCAD** and **2020 Design**is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
**Compensation**:
- Starting $50,000.00
