Sales Executive

Tip Top trough is one of Toronto’s premier aluminum and roofing companies operating since 1996. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced individual who will be responsible for generating new leads while closing sales, building strong relationships with new and existing clients and effectively communicating the value of TTT’s excellent workmanship and service level offering. This role’s primary function is to increase sales for residential and commercial clients. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Maximizing existing leads
- Expanding the company’s commercial sector by sourcing new customers and projects
- Develop leads, identify business opportunities through market research, networking and expanding our company's reach
- Site Inspections/prepare proposals/estimates/quotes mainly commercial roofing/ aluminum and siding bids and tenders, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to increase returning clients
- Generating high quality sales leads
- Execute on the project from bidding to invoicing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
**Required Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the roofing/ aluminum system and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Drivers Licence / English Speaking
- Proficiency in computer programs, internet and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving
**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Ability to read plans online and blueprints and do takeoffs from drawings and ROI - including measurements and material footage

**Education**:
