Our growing company is seeking to hire a Junior Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting our team in organizing various ongoing project-related activities and installations.

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Junior Project Coordinator you will play an integral part in ensuring that our various projects’ deliverables run smoothly and are successfully coordinated with multiple internal and external teams. The primary goal is to ensure that our projects are executed with thoughtful efficiency and add maximum value to the organization.

The role reports to the Project Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure projects adhere to scope, and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Maintain a project management calendar to fulfill each project’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize and participate in internal & external project meetings and record minutes.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure that various project related tasks, documents & reports are up to date.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Report regularly to the project Lead & Team on task progress and accomplishments.

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional in using in Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Word / Excel, Power Point, and QuickBooks & on-line meeting tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and/or at least three (3) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Associate / College degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
